Jane has been a licensed Radiologic Technologist (xray tech) having worked for 28 years in a hospital setting. I worked in various modalities in that field, including Cat Scan and Supervisor of Diagnostic Radiology. My first bodywork course was in Foot Reflexology in 1980. I am also a licensed massage therapist having graduated from the Onondaga School of Massage in Syracuse in 1998. I am a member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and have National Certification in massage.

I opened Healing Path Massage at its current location in April 2001 with 2 massage rooms, expanding to 5 rooms after 2 years, in June 2003. In Early 2012 we expanded to 7 rooms. We currently have 9 Massage Therapists and 2 Chiropractors. I wanted to be able to offer a variety of massage methods from therapists using their unique expertise.

My massage today consists of various methods I’ve learned over the years including orthopedic massage, Shiatsu, Cranio-sacral Therapy, Reiki, Julstro and Trigger Point Therapy. I usually don’t do a complete session of any of these, just incorporate them into a Swedish massage session. My main alternate to Swedish massage is Foot Reflexology. I have taught Reflexology to various groups and frequently do Reflexology sessions with clients. I often loosen up the feet and work the reflex points during my regular massage sessions.

Since Dec 2011 I has been doing Light Therapy. I am now a Certified Light Therapy Technician and am a Quantum Light Energy Coach. This has been a great addition to my practice and a wave of the future in health care. Call me for more information on Light Therapy or to book a session. This is an exciting modality with many health benefits.
